Winsund specialise in the supply of small to medium sized wind generators, rather than those you may be familiar with from seeing wind farm developments. Sizes supplied range from 400 watts – suitable for battery charging on boats and for small cottages, through to 50 kilowatt generators suitable for schools, farms or small factories.

Other than in severely built-up areas, most of the UK is suitable for the installation of wind generators, and the smaller ones can be easily installed by those with the most basic of electrical and engineering capability. Winsund are happy to install generators, or supply wiring diagrams and the benefits of our experience to those wishing to try it for themselves. We also supply similar advice to many of our overseas customers.
